The item I want is out of stock. Can I pre-order?
Currently, we do not offer a pre-order system. However, you can sign up on the product page to be notified via email when the product restocks. We'll let you know as soon as it becomes available again.

How often are items restocked?
Restocks usually occur within a time frame of 20 to 45 days. We take extra time to ensure that every piece meets our quality standards before restocking. However, please note that some rare items or items in the 'Sale' section will not be restocked.

Why do you limit quantities for certain products?
Our products are meticulously crafted with superior quality, which requires longer production times. As a result, we can only produce a limited quantity at a time.

Do limited edition items restock?
Limited-edition items, especially collaboration pieces, rarely restock. These items are highly sought after, so they tend to sell out quickly. To increase your chances of securing a limited-edition item, it's recommended to sign up for our marketing emails. This way, you'll receive early notifications and have a better opportunity to purchase these rare pieces before they sell out.
