What are the standard shipping options within the Philippines?

Standard shipping and delivery are made thru LBC, GoGo or J&T Express.

 

How long does shipping takes?

These are the estimated timeframe for shipping and delivery.

Metro Manila	2 to 3 working days
Luzon Provinces	2 to 4 working days
Visayas Islands	3 to 6 working days
Mindanao Regions	4.to 8 working days

What are your local shipping rates?
We currently offer FREE local and nationwide shipping for orders Php 1,000 and up.

Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from our local warehouse in Paranaque, Metro Manila.

How can I track my order to ensure a successful delivery?
Upon shipment, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your order. Please ensure to keep your communication lines open so that the courier could reach you if needed. 

Can I request a specific delivery time for the delivery?
Unfortunately, it is not always possible to request a specific delivery time. The courier typically follows their standard routes and schedules for subsequent delivery attempts. 

 

Note: If you wish a have your order delivered at your preferred date or time, you can always choose "pickup" instead of "standard shipping" at checkout.
