What is your return policy?
We accept return requests within thirty (30) days from the purchase date, provided that the product being returned is unused, in its original condition and complete packaging. We offer a one-time return and exchange policy for all orders placed exclusively on our website.
How do I return an order?
Start by submitting a return request here. Please ensure you have the following:

You will receive detailed instructions on how to return your order conveniently.
What happens after I return my order?
Once we have received and inspected your returned item(s), we will issue a gift card for the equivalent amount of your original purchase. This gift card code can be used on our website to place a new order of your choice.
What are the terms and conditions of your return policy?
Claims to our 30-day return policy will not be applied if the returned product meets any of the following criteria:
- Displays indications of usage or damage, such as scratches, oil residue, perfume scent, stains on packaging, or wrinkled jewelry pouch.
- Has customized elements such as custom chain lengths, customized beaded bracelets, or customized attachments.
- Is marked on sale or has an applied discount code.
- Is a clothing item, including shirts, hats, and products such as earrings, which cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
- Was ordered from outside the Philippines, which we can accept only if you received a defective or incorrect product.
What if the replacement product is of a higher price than the original product?
If you choose a replacement product that has a higher price than the original item, you can use the gift card that we issued to you. The gift card can be applied at checkout to reduce the total amount payable. However, please note that any price difference between the original product and the higher-priced replacement item will need to be paid separately during the checkout process.
What if the replacement product is of a lower value than the original product?
Partial refunds, such as when the replacement pair is of lower value than the original purchase amount, will not be issued. To ensure that the replacement amount is closer to the original purchase amount, customers can add any item from the store to their replacement order.
Who is responsible for the shipping fees during the return process?
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to the courier. However, if you receive an incorrect or defective product, Homura Design will cover all associated shipping costs and fees.
What about international orders?
For international orders, import duties & taxes and shipping fees, including pick-up and drop-off fees, will apply. However, we can accept international returns only if you received a defective or incorrect product. For more information, read here.
